Inside every body is the echo of WHO WE ARE before the world told us WHO WE SHOULD BE. But over time, we learned to tuck that voice away. To shape-shift. To become what kept us safe. That survival was brilliant. But it came at a cost: forgetting the steady, unwavering truth of this is me.

Style can be the way back. Not the glossy, rule-bound version of style built on trends and approval, but the kind that asks: What if getting dressed could reconnect me to myself? Each choice—a color, a silhouette, a texture—becomes a breadcrumb leading you home. It’s not about creating a version of you that the world accepts. It’s about uncovering the you that’s always been there, waiting to be seen.

I wasn’t born stylish.

All through my 20s and 30s, I hated style. I didn’t get it.

  • How do you know if something “goes” together?

  • How do you know if it’s you—or just what you’ve been told to wear?

Turns out, that’s not a style problem.
That’s a I-don’t-feel-safe-in-my-body problem.

My struggle with style had nothing to do with the clothes (it’s just fabric afterall), and everything to do with my capacity to be seen.

INSIDE EACH MODULE

MODULE 1. Inside out congruency

Module 1 is where everything begins—not with the rules about what to wear, but with the skill everything else rests on: aWEARness. You’ll start noticing how clothes make you feel, how different textures, shapes, and layers shift your energy, and how getting dressed can become a doorway back to yourself. Through music, movement, and playful experiments, you’ll learn to pay attention to the quiet cues your body gives you—how an outfit sparks energy, softens tension, or whispers, “yes, this feels like me.”

This first module lays the foundation for everything ahead: learning to trust what you feel, so that style becomes less about performing for the outside world and more about expressing the truest version of you. By the end of the week, you won’t just have outfits—you’ll have a living conversation between your body and your becoming.

MODULE 2. Balance & Proportion

In this module, you’ll learn how to use shape, line, and volume, to create harmony in your silhouette, highlight what you love, and see your whole body through a more appreciative and awe-filled lens. (WOW! Look at me!) The videos will break each concept down so they’re easy to grasp, the worksheets will help you map it all out, and the style challenges will get you exploring these new concepts—on your own body—right away. You’re gonna be so blown away by how simple these shifts are—and how they create such profound changes—you’ll wonder why in hell nobody ever taught you this stuff sooner!

MODULE 3. Show Love/FEEL LOVED

Module 3 is about devotion, not discipline. Care, not control. Nourishment, not punishment. Compassion, not criticism.

You’ll explore the difference between showing love and feeling loved—one is action, the other sensation—and how together they create a deep sense of safety and belonging in your body. You’ll learn simple somatic ways to interrupt shame and reclaim your body as yours—not culture’s, not anyone else’s.

Through soft touch, kind words, and choosing clothes that don’t hurt your feelings, you’ll begin a practice of daily devotion. By the end, you’ll know this in your bones: you have a good body, it does good body things, and it belongs to you.

MODULE 4. HEALING THROUGH HUE

This module is where color becomes your playground. You’ll experiment with complementary, analogous, and monochromatic pairings, dip into pattern mixing, and discover how different hues can shift your energy, mood, and even your nervous system.

But Healing Through Hue isn’t just about making pretty outfits. It’s about practicing self-trust in a low-stakes, high-play arena. You’ll meet the fear of “doing it wrong,” learn to sit in that discomfort, and discover what it’s like to choose what you love—even when the old rules say you shouldn’t.

With videos, worksheets, and style challenges (hello, color-a-day!), you’ll start to see color as a tool for joy, experimentation, and healing. By the end, you’ll have a closet full of prompts, a lifetime of color play ahead of you, and a whole new way to express what’s alive inside.

MODULE 5. power play

This is the module where style meets visibility. Through jewelry, scarves, tucking, knotting, cuffing, and other playful finishing touches, you’ll gently stretch your edges—learning to be seen in new ways, slowly and with curiosity. Each small experiment is a ripple, not just in your closet, but in how you step into the world.

You’ll discover how tiny shifts—a necklace length, a bold cuff, a knotted hem—can expand your capacity to show up, not just dressed, but expressed. This is low-stakes, high-play exploration, where you learn to meet the edges of visibility with softness, joy, and courage. By the end of this module, you’ll feel the power of these finishing touches not only in your style, but in your presence.
