This is solo supported travel.

a new way to travel

Most travel experiences ask you to choose:

→ Travel alone, or travel with a group.
→ Follow your own curiosity, or follow someone else's itinerary.
→ Independence, or connection.

Solo-Supported Travel was created for women who want both.

💬 Connection when you want it.
Meet daily. Stay connected through WhatsApp. Share the wins, the mishaps, the discoveries, and the magic as it unfolds.

🌀 Nervous-system support.
Learn simple body-based practices that help you navigate unfamiliar places with more ease, confidence, and self-trust.

🗺️ Freedom to explore.
No tour buses. No rigid itineraries. No following a flag through a crowded city. You choose how you spend your days.

Wonder as a practice.
We'll use beauty, curiosity, style, food, art, and place as invitations to orient, expand, and fully inhabit the experience.

🤝 A traveling sisterhood.
Travel independently. Gather daily. Leave with stories, memories, and connections that extend far beyond the trip itself.

This isn't a retreat. Or a tour. It's Solo Supported Travel.

HOW IT WORKS

You choose your flights. Your budget. Your hotel. Your hostel. Your five-star bathtub.

You get to plan your days around what lights you up. Want to spend six hours in a museum? Go for it. Want to sit in a café and people-watch all afternoon? Amazing. Want to wander without a plan and see where the day takes you? Perfect.

This is your adventure - but you won’t be navigating it alone.

Each morning, we'll gather for connection, nervous-system support, and practical tools to help you navigate the experience of solo travel.

Throughout the trip, we'll stay connected through WhatsApp, sharing discoveries, questions, mishaps, recommendations, and moments of magic as they unfold.

We'll also gather for a handful of shared experiences—meals, walks, conversations, thrifting, and other unexpected adventures that transform a city full of strangers into a traveling sisterhood.

It’s the best of both worlds.

You get the joy of independent travel—and the comfort of knowing you’re not doing it alone. You get structure without rigidity. You get community without obligation. You get to choose your own adventure, with support when you need it.

you’re more powerful than you think!

People often ask me how I dare travel alone. They assume I never get scared.

Truth is, I get scared all the time!

I also get overwhelmed. Make mistakes. Walk in circles. And say dumb things.

🚨 Once, I got stopped by the metro police in Paris, handed a hefty fine, and burst into tears because it triggered the part of me that haaaates getting into trouble.

But do you know what I didn't do?

→ Decide I was too stupid to travel alone.
→ Book the next flight home because I wasn’t cut out for this.
→ Swear off the Paris metro forever because I couldn’t handle the pressure.

Instead, I told the officer I needed a minute because I was feeling overwhelmed. I stepped aside, took some deep breaths, and reminded my good body that though my feelings were hurt, “I” was safe.

Once my body settled, and I had my wits about me again, I was able to confidently do the next right thing. And live to tell about it.

People think the hardest part of solo travel is navigating a foreign city in a language you don’t speak with customs you don’t understand. Puh! That’s nothing compared to what it can be like navigating those voices inside your head that freak out when things go sideways or you “get in trouble”. 😂

I don’t teach women how to do everything right so they can avoid the discomfort that is inherent to international travel. Impossible!

I teach women how to find their ground when their minds want to run off into worst-case scenario land. How to speak to themselves with kindness when they make mistakes. How to navigate uncertainty without making it mean something is wrong with them.

Because sure, courage and good planning might get you on the plane. But knowing how to support yourself (aka - have your own back) when the going gets tough reminds you that YOU’RE MORE POWERFUL, SKILLFUL, RESOURCED, UNSTOPPABLE THAN YOU EVER IMAGINED.

Testimonial

“Strolling through bustling streets, seeing the breathtaking works of art in the Louvre, sitting in cafés and watching beautifully dressed people, discovering beauty and inspiration everywhere. I was able to experience all of that during my trip to Paris, but what made this trip truly special for me was how I felt experiencing all of this. You can sit in the sun surrounded by the most beautiful flowers, bite into a delicious chocolate croissant, and still feel wrong, inferior, and out of place. You can sit in the cutest café and feel lonely. You can buy a loaf of bread—or a banana ;) — and suddenly feel small and stupid instead of like a capable adult. The fact that I felt alive, right, grounded, and well-resourced was because had tools at my disposal that brought me back to the present moment from any anxious thoughts. I learned how to support my body in unfamiliar situations so that it felt safe and relaxed. Our daily meeting in one of the most beautiful parks in Paris was both a grounding anchor and a starting point for new adventures every morning. It was a great opportunity to share connection, inspiration, challenges, and courage. And the women with whom I was able to experience this adventure were an absolute highlight of the trip. Stasia has created something that combines the benefits of solo-traveling with connection, sisterhood, and empowerment. And through her authenticity, wisdom, and energy—which are just as inspiring in real life as they are online—it becomes a very special experience.”

which city is calling you?

🇫🇷 Paris

October 12-16

  • Before my first trip to Paris, I assumed it would feel too touristy, too cliché, too urban.

And then I cried my way through city, overwhelmed by the magnificence of her beauty.

I cried when I heard the bells of Notre Dame. I cried in the courtyard of the Louvre. I cried when I saw the Eiffel Tower. I cried when I climbed up into the dome of Sacre Coeur.

Paris taught me that I'm a lover of BEAUTY. Whether that be a mountain stream, a slot canyon, or a centuries old stained glass window.

    J’adore Paris!

  • Think slow mornings, café tables spilling onto sidewalks, museum afternoons, buttery pastries, neighborhood markets, long walks, and the kind of beauty that takes your breath away, again and again.

Paris isn't a city to rush through. It is a city to savor.

  • We'll meet each morning near the fountain in the Jardin du Luxembourg, located in the 6th arrondissement.

If you'd like an easy walk to our morning gatherings, I recommend staying in the 5th or 6th arrondissement (I stay in the 5th), though you're welcome to stay anywhere that suits your budget and travel style.

The gardens are easy to reach by foot, Metro, or bus, making them the perfect home base for our mornings together.

🇮🇹 Rome

October 19-23

  • Rome is thrilling. It grabs by the shirt collar and says LOOK AT THIS!

Then: “No Seriously. Look 👏 At 👏 This!”

Rome is gritty, sexy, loud, and gloriously alive.

Everywhere I turn, there's something demanding my attention. A dome. A church. A fountain. A ruin. A piazza. A freakin’ Caravaggio.

Rome energizes me, inspires me, and wakes me up like a shot of espresso. 😃

  • Scooters buzzing down cobblestone streets. Laundry hanging from apartment windows. People spilling out of cafés and piazzas. Narrow streets opening into magnificent piazzas. Ancient ruins appearing where you least expect them. Domes rising above rooftops.

Rome doesn't whisper. It grabs you by the shirt collar and pulls you into the next adventure.

  • We'll meet each morning in Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, one of the most beloved squares in Rome.

If you'd like an easy walk to our morning gatherings, I recommend staying in or near Trastevere. It's lively, beautiful, and filled with cafés, restaurants, gelato shops, and winding cobblestone streets.

And if the weather decides not to cooperate, no worries—there are plenty of cozy cafés nearby where we can gather instead.

Hi, I’m Stasia Savasuk
(pronounced STAY-sha).

As a certified life coach, somatic educator, TEDx speaker, and creator of Style School, my work has always been about helping women listen to their own knowing, build a relationship with their good bodies, and become more fully themselves.

When I took a solo trip to Paris for my 50th birthday, women immediately started saying to me… "I wish I had the guts to travel solo."

They assumed I was fearless.
Unusually brave.
That I possessed some special “positive attitude” they didn't have.

But I knew that wasn't true.

I'm not special. I'm just really f*cking skillful.

I've spent years learning how to navigate uncertainty, recover from mistakes, settle my good body when she gets activated, feel the difference between danger and discomfort, and trust I’ll be okay, even when things go sideways.

I knew those were skills that could be taught… because they were skills I learned.

I created Solo-Supported Travel so that I could teach women the exact skills they needed to have their own back, so they too could confidently travel solo!

FAQ

  • Yes.

In fact, many women join specifically because they've always wanted to travel solo but weren't sure where to start.

That's exactly why Solo-Supported Travel exists.

You get the adventure of independent travel along with the support, community, and practical tools that make those first steps feel much more doable.

  • Nope.

One of the things that makes Solo-Supported Travel different is that you get to choose the accommodations that fit your budget, preferences, and travel style. Boutique hotel? Hostel? Apartment? Convent? Five-star bathtub? You decide.

I'll share neighborhood recommendations and guidance, but where you stay is entirely up to you.

  • First of all: you probably will. 😄

Travel is full of unfamiliar experiences, wrong turns, missed trains, language barriers, and moments where you wonder what on earth you're doing.

    That's normal.

The good news? You don't need to know how to handle everything. You just need to know how to handle the next right thing.

That's exactly why this experience is supported from the start.

In the months leading up to the trip, we'll gather on Zoom to connect, prepare, and tend to any nervous-system flares that might already be buzzing. I'll teach simple somatic practices you can bring with you—tools for grounding, orienting, settling, and finding your center when things feel off.

You're not just hopping on a plane and hoping for the best. You're traveling with a deeper understanding of how to navigate stress before it hijacks your experience.

We'll also have a WhatsApp group for real-time questions, check-ins, directions, coordination, celebrations, and support. And of course, we'll gather each morning to connect, resource, regroup, and talk about what's actually happening as the adventure unfolds.

  • Retreats are typically all-inclusive, highly scheduled experiences—with meals, lodging, and daily activities planned for you from morning to night.

    That's not what this is.

This is more like a choose-your-own-adventure vacation—with support.

You decide when to wake up, what to eat, where to stay, and how to spend your days. Want to spend eight hours at the Louvre? Read by the Seine? Wander aimlessly through Trastevere? Take a nap? Follow a whim?

    Go for it.

The magic of Solo-Supported Travel is that you get to follow your own curiosity and rhythm while still having people in your corner.

We'll gather each morning for connection, nervous-system support, and practical solo-travel skills. Throughout the trip, you'll have access to our WhatsApp group, shared experiences, and a community of women who understand exactly what you're doing.

    It's not a retreat.
It's solo travel with a safety net.

A little structure. A lot of freedom.

And perhaps most importantly, it's a chance to practice traveling independently—with support close by—so future adventures feel even more possible.

  • I'll offer guidance and support as we prepare for the trip, but I won't be handing you a detailed packing list.

    Why?

Because what you pack depends on your travel style, comfort needs, activities, preferences, and luggage situation.

What I will do is help you think through what you'll need, answer questions, and support you in making decisions that feel right for you.

And if you're someone who loves structure, timelines, checklists, templates, and a step-by-step packing process, my Nervous-System-First Approach to Packing course might be a great companion to this adventure.

  • Paris and Rome are both beautiful in October.

Expect mild daytime temperatures, cooler mornings and evenings.

    Layers are your friend.

Think comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, sweaters, scarves, and outfits that can adapt to changing temperatures throughout the day.
