A LIVE 2-week Word-of-the-Year Workshop
January 12 - January 26
You’re not choosing a word because you’re broken.
You’re choosing a word because you’re whole — and something inside you is ready to rise.
There is a part of you that’s been whispering, tugging, stirring… And you can feel it.
You don’t need a resolution. You need a word that calls you forward.
Welcome to WOW! (Wear Our Word) — A two-week, live, workshop where you don’t just pick a word of the year, you wear it.
Why we WEAR OUR WORD
Many people think style is petty or superficial.
I think that’s adorable.
Because style is one of the bravest, boldest, most honest things a woman can do.
Style is saying, “Here I am. This is what it feels like to be me.” It’s having the guts to wear on the OUTSIDE who you are on the INSIDE. I call it Inside-Out Congruency, and once commit to it, it’s guaranteed to change your life.
You can understand yourself in your mind all day long — therapy breakthroughs, journal epiphanies, and a thousand “I finally get it” moments — but until you turn that truth into EXPRESSION, it stays in your mind.
You can think brave. Write brave. Talk brave like you’re giving a TED talk in your kitchen.
But the moment you go out into the world wearing something that actually feels brave? Your nervous system goes, “Oh. This is who we’re being now, out in the world, where people can SEE US?!” And it reorganizes itself around that truth.
Style isn’t about the clothes. It’s about congruence. It’s about BEING KNOWN — to yourself, and to others — without shrinking, apologizing, or shape-shifting to make everyone else comfortable.
When you practice BEING YOURSELF through style, you don’t have to leap into a whole new identity all at oncer. You get to test the waters, one brave move at a time.
A little more color, a bolder silhouette, a dash more rock n’ roll — feel the ground under your feet — and then go a millimeter further tomorrow.
That’s how capacity grows. Not through force, but through practice.
This is why WOW! is not a cute little “pick a word” workshop.
It’s where we WEAR OUR WORD.
We experiment with it. We build capacity for it. We integrate it so deeply that by the end of the year, it’s not something we’re trying to remember — it’s something we ARE.
The truth about resolutions
If you’ve been tricked into believing that “change” is just another way of saying you’re-broken-and-you-need-fixing, then no wonder change sounds like a dirty word.
Here you go! Push this button and magically become better than this “awful” version of the you!
So we start hustling — not toward something we want, but away from the shame of who we think we are.
We set goals. Make resolutions. And commit to being better.
And then — LIFE HAPPENS — so we miss the mark.
Now, not only do we suck… But we suck at trying not to suck.
THIS IS A TRAP. Built on the BS assumption that you are broken.
How in hell is anyone supposed to thrive inside that logic?!
The truth is: You are not broken. You never have been.
You are a whole, precious, powerful human being who learned to armor up because the world didn’t know how to hold you.
Of course you protected yourself. Of course you shrank, adapted, quieted, hid. That was survival. That was wisdom.
But now? Your life is different. You are different.
And the parts of you that went underground — the brilliance, the instinct, the vitality, the audacity — they aren’t “missing.” They’re waiting.
Waiting for you to say… It’s time. You can come out now.
Change isn’t proof you were broken. It’s the natural evolution of a woman becoming more of who she’s always been.
Why Words Work
Most resolutions are built on a quiet insult: “I am not enough. So I must become better.”
I’m fat → I should lose weight.
I’m lazy → I should exercise more.
I’m bad with money → I should save more.
A resolution is almost always a task designed to move you away from shame.
But a word — a true word — calls you toward something.
And unlike resolutions, a word doesn’t demand change through force — it invites change through cultivating safety, curiosity, and slow, steady capacity-building.
🌱 Just like you you can’t yank a seed into a flower, you can’t pick BRAVE as your WOTY and expect to be brave tomorrow.
Flowers and humans both require TENDING to blossom.
In other words, you don’t need pressure to get to where you want to go — you need time, and the right conditions.
Somatics. Style. Sisterhood.
WOW! is a two-week, live, catalytic container where you stop trying to think your way into a Word of the Year…
and start feeling your way into one. We don’t force clarity. We don’t hustle for breakthroughs.
We don’t shame ourselves into becoming “better.”
🌀 Somatics: where you start noticing your truth
We begin by tuning into the body — because your body tells the truth before your mind even has words. Sensation is the doorway; your word is what’s waiting on the other side.
💃 Style: where you FEEL your way into your word
Your word lives as a felt sense inside your body long before it becomes a concept, and clothes are one of the quickest ways to access that feeling. Try something on and your body responds instantly. A quiet hum. A spark. A full-body yes. Or a shutting down, a pulling away, a “no, thank you.” That response tells you more about your what’s next than any journaling prompt ever could.
Style helps you discover the feeling of your word. And once you’ve found it, it becomes the bridge that keeps you connected.
🤝 Sisterhood: where your word grows roots
The magic isn’t just what your word feels like inside your body — it’s what happens when you bring that feeling into a room full of women with the capacity to really see you.
→ You show a piece of yourself.
→ You’re met with attunement instead of judgment.
→ You feel your nervous system go, “Whoa. That feels good!”
Being lovingly witnessed in your FULLNESS rewires your nervous system. It’s why I always say that WOW! is relational healing disguised as a workshop.
✨ Expand your capacity to be seen, without shame riding shotgun. Visibility stops feeling dangerous when you understand why it once did.
✨ Use style to feel your way into your word—one move at a time. No cliff-leaps. Just tiny little style-stretches, repeated, until they feel like you.
✨ Use the clothes you already have to connect you to the feelings you want to feel. Every YES shows you where you’re growing; every NO shows you what you’re done tolerating.
✨ Shop with clarity instead of confusion. When you know the feeling you’re after, you know exactly what belongs in your closet (and what doesn’t).
✨ Turn your closet into a place of resonance, not stress and overwhelm. Yes, this is actually possible.
✨ Experience what it feels like to be witnessed, held, and celebrated by women who have the capacity to see you. This is relational healing.
✨ Understand that nothing about you needs fixing—only freeing. Your brilliance didn’t disappear; it adapted. Now it gets to emerge.
✨ Step into 2026 with clarity, momentum, and direction. WOW! sets the trajectory, your good-body does the steering.
Inside WOW! you will…
Less fixing. More living!
WOW! is for anyone who is done trying to “improve themselves”…
and is ready to BE THEMSELVES.
You’re not upgrading yourself — you’re recovering yourself, one tiny, potent, congruent outfit at a time.
LET’S GO!
FEEL GOOD. LOOK GOOD.
All year long.

Healing Is a
Relational Experience
Here’s a truth that’s often missing in self-help books: Our deepest wounds happened in relationship — so they must be healed in relationship.
This is not a metaphor. This is physiology.
The places + spaces where you got small, quiet, careful, or invisible didn’t form in isolation. They formed in the the moments when being fully yourself wasn’t met with love, safety, or support.
So though you can practice visibility, and expression, and power in the privacy of your own room. It doesn’t automatically translate into relational capacity.
✨ You can practice visibility alone — and sink into hiding the moment another person walks into the room.
🗣️ You can practice expressing yourself alone — and lose your words the second there’s an audience.
💥 You can practice standing in your power alone — and collapse the moment you sense judgment, misunderstanding, or disapproval from someone else.
The rupture happened with other bodies.
So the repair has to happen with other bodies.
That’s how the nervous system works.
This is why WOW! isn’t just a workshop. It’s a relational container designed to let your nervous system experience what it’s like to be seen — fully, truthfully, safely — while you bring more of yourself forward.
Hundreds of Style School alum join the WOW! Workshop every year, and they know how to cultivate that kind of space. They’ve practiced being seen, showing up, posting imperfect selfies, trying new silhouettes, and telling the vulnerable truth.
They’ll lead the way. And you’ll FEEL IT.
The wow! community
Let me be blunt: The communities I create/facilitate are the warmest, bravest, most wildly supportive spaces on the internet.
We do real women, in real bodies, with real closets, in real time. And that matters.
In WOW!, you’re not comparing yourself to an influencer with a curated wardrobe and a ring light. You’re exploring style alongside real humans — from around the world — showing up from bedrooms, offices, minivans, bathrooms, wherever they are… in the lives they actually live.
The community is always awake somewhere. There is always someone cheering, witnessing, reflecting, or saying, “OMG, me too.”
And I’m in there every single day — offering encouragement, celebrating wins, answering questions, giving feedback (when invited), and seeing people deeply. Not in a “comment section” kinda way. But in a I SEE YOU, YOU BELONG HERE kinda way.
People roll their eyes when I call my communities a sisterhood—until they join. Then they say: “Stasia, I get it now.”
You will not do this alone. You will be held, met, mirrored, and supported while you bring forward parts of yourself that once felt too vulnerable to reveal. This is relational healing in action. This is how you grow into your word.

Hi, I’m Stasia!
I've been picking and wearing a WOTY for 12 years, and it has done more to CHANGE MY LIFE than just about anything else.
VALUE ('14). BRAVE ('15). FIERCE ('16). PLAY ('17). EASE ('18). CEO ('19). DISRUPT ('20). TRUST ('21). EXPAND ('22). MOXIE (infused) PRESENCE ('23). EXPRESSION ('24). BRING THE WOW! (‘25).
Every word has met me right where I was STUCK thinking, feeling, believing that I was unworthy, wimpy, fragile, boring, tense, incompetent, obedient, afraid, small.
And every year, the practice of wearing my word revealed that I was never any of those things. I was just armored. And my word showed me how to be more FULL of myself.
Turns out, when you practice ONE WORD everyday for a whole entire year, IT CHANGES YOU. And you begin to realize that you already are the person you wish you could be - you just gotta practice BELIEVING IT.
I believe in my ability to CHANGE. And I believe in your ability to CHANGE.
Not because something is wrong with you. But because you are more brilliant, powerful, beautiful, creative, joyful than the world ever allowed you to be.
How about we start 2025 becoming WHO WE ALREADY ARE, together!

Ready to shake off 2025?
Before we choose a word, before we dress it, before we claim it — we shake. Literally.
A somatic shake clears the static of last year: the tension, the bracing, the old patterns your body is still gripping. Shaking helps your nervous system release what’s no longer needed so you can actually feel what’s alive underneath. It’s the reset before the revelation.
Which is why, on the first Wednesday of WOW!, we’re doing a full-body, full-spirit shake-it-out session with the queen-of-shake, Toni Nagy.
TRUST ME, you’ve never shaken like this before.
Meet Toni Nagy
Toni will be leading us into the New Year with a deeply embodied SOMATIC SHAKE.
She is an internationally touring stand-up comic, filmmaker, performer, and content creator with over 800,000 followers. Her viral videos — where she interpretive-dances her philosophies, questions culture, and obliterates the confines of “normal” — are a psychedelic experience disguised as comedy.
Toni teaches somatic shaking with the same audacity she brings to everything she does. You can’t help but expand when you’re around her.
She will provoke you. She will delight you. She might even offend you — which usually means she’s shining a light on a place you haven’t dared explore yet.
Her class will help you clear out what doesn’t fit. And create somatic room for what does.
Learn more about Toni’s work HERE.
Hot cheeks? Racing heart? Tiny thrill-shiver?
That’s your body SHOWING YOU what a HELL YES feels like.

No. You already have more than enough to begin. In WOW!, every YES and every NO in your closet becomes valuable information. A YES shows you what lights you up. A NO shows you what you’re done with — and points you toward what you want instead. And once you do go shopping, you’ll have direction instead of overwhelm.
-
Yes, WOW! is hosted in a private Facebook group.
If Facebook isn’t your jam, no problem. Grab a couple girlfriends and make your own tiny WOW! circle, so you can text each other your reflections, your ah-ha moments, and your THIS IS SO ME outfits!
NOTE: I’m kinda known for cultivating THE BEST online community spaces the internet has ever seen, so if you don’t want to miss out on the magic, I’d recommend setting some strong FB boundaries, and then making a commitment to yourself TO only use FB for GROUPS.

HELL YES this class is for you.

✔️ Being full of yourself (your actual self, not the paper-thin version the world think you should be)In the WOW! Workshop, we shake off the expectations you never agreed to. We listen for the truth that’s been rattling inside your bones. We choose what’s next from a place of aliveness, not obligation. And then we use style as a tool to embody our truth. 👊

This course centers around the somatic experiences of those who have lived their lives in a female body, including the unique experiences of growing up with a uterus, menstruating, and undergoing menopause. While I deeply honor and respect the diverse spectrum of womanhood and gender identities, the content of this program specifically addresses the physiological and somatic journeys of those who were born female and have experienced life in a female body.
If you have any questions about whether this course is the right fit for you, please reach out.
